To mark World Rivers Day this year we collaborated with Brymton Parish Council and local volunteers to collect litter along Preston Brook. We had a very successful morning and in just a couple of hours filled over 10 bags of litter!
Later in the week, we were out litter picking again along Preston Brook, this time between Westlands Entertainment Venue and West Street with learners from Able 2 Achieve who did a great job filling 4 bags of litter along the riverbank, preventing it from entering the watercourse.
