We are very excited to have received a report from one of our volunteers of an eel making its way upstream in the Dodham Brook flood channel and entering the Tanyard Way culvert.
This is the first recording we have received of this declining species in the brook and it is especially promising that our new features in the channel are already helping to improve connectivity for wildlife between the River Yeo and the Dodham.
